Maria Nikonenko has been working as a physical therapist since 2013. She has gained valuable experience at physical therapy clinics and at Euroclinic Athens, while also providing in-home sessions throughout all these years. She focuses particularly on musculoskeletal rehabilitation and a holistic approach to patient care, aiming not only to address symptoms but also to understand the factors that affect the patient’s overall functionality and quality of life.
Her clinical experience includes the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions, the management of chronic pain and lymphedema, as well as the design of personalized therapeutic exercise programs. Her interest in restoring and gaining a deeper understanding of the human body led her to begin her training in osteopathy in September 2026. At the same time, her work with professional dancers in Greece and abroad, combined with her graduate studies in Performing Arts Medicine, has shaped her expertise in the relationship between movement, bodily function, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
