Biography

Associate Professor of Surgery at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He runs private practices at the Interbalkan Medical Centre in Thessaloniki and at the Bioclinic Medical Centre.

Specialisation in the insertion of venous/vascular access systems (PICC, Port-a-cath, Hickman). Management of conditions affecting the bile ducts, hernias, abdominal wall, skin, large/small intestine, anus, stomach and pancreas. Application of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT-VAC). Management of chronic wounds. Patient assessment and a second medical opinion (including a form to help select a suitable venous catheter).

The doctor has an excellent command of Greek and English.
