Superdoc.gr is a platform that helps patients choose a doctor, dentist or other health specialist. You have the opportunity to read verified reviews from other patients who have visited the doctor you chose and book an appointment directly online through the Superdoc system. Superdoc.gr is not a medical facility and does not provide medical services or answers to medical questions. We help you choose a health specialist and provide you with the opportunity to book an online appointment.

Currently, the Superdoc platform only includes profiles of doctors who have expressed their willingness and given their consent to use the platform. We are actively working to recruit doctors from across the country.

You can contact us through our Facebook page. If you are a patient and have a favorite doctor who is not yet on the platform, tell them about us! If you are a doctor, let your patients know they can book appointments with you through Superdoc!

The goal of Superdoc is to eliminate the need to book appointments by phone! Superdoc is an easy-to-use system for selecting a specialist and booking an appointment online. Through the Superdoc platform you cannot book an appointment by phone – you can do this online in the calendar of the relevant doctor or by contacting the doctor or medical center directly. If you have problems using the Superdoc platform, contact us and we will help you book an online appointment!

The Superdoc platform offers doctors and patients the ability to book appointments online at any time of day or night. Some doctors choose to leave their phone number visible in their profile for patients, while others prefer users not to have access to this information. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so in your profile, on the "My Reservations" page. For any other technical questions, you can contact Superdoc.

Using the search form from the home page, you can find a doctor by name, specialty, location or other criteria. Our advanced search filters will help you find the right specialist for your needs.

When you select a specialist, open their profile and click the Book appointment button. Follow the simple steps to complete your reservation.

Yes, registration on Superdoc will give the doctor preliminary information about you, making your appointment more efficient and helping the specialist prepare better for your visit.

Booking an appointment consists of 3 easy and short steps – if you have reached the third step, the booking is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.

If you cannot find the exact reason for which you want to book an appointment, select the closest one or choose "Other" and provide more details in the next step.

During registration, it is good to enter your names, data and contacts so the doctor can communicate with you. You can add information about the patient (child or family member) in the next step.

In the profile of each doctor who works with EOPYY, you will see a relevant notification above the calendar indicating that this specialist accepts EOPYY patients.

It is possible that you made a mistake when entering your email or password. Try the "Forgot password" option to reset it. If you continue to have problems, please contact our support team.

The security of your profile and personal information is our main priority and we follow all applicable security and privacy regulations. Your data is encrypted and stored securely.

Log into your account and disable them in the "Profile" section.

If you need to cancel a reserved appointment, log into your profile and go to your reservations. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment from there.

Sometimes specialists have emergencies. In such cases, you will receive an email notification about the cancellation and will be able to reschedule with the same doctor or choose another specialist.

Log into your profile and select "Past Reservations".

After your appointment, you will receive an email from Superdoc with a link to follow to rate your doctor and share your experience.

We publish ratings only from patients who have booked an appointment and visited the respective doctor. This ensures that the reviews are from verified users and are objective.

Superdoc moderates ratings left by patients to ensure they are objective and do not contain inappropriate content. Your review will be published after this verification process.
